My name is Clifford Gager, and I would like to personally welcome you to Mentorlynx.com. I got my first actual taste of the real estate world in 1992 when I became a loan officer for a mortgage lender in Seminole, Florida. Shortly after, I became involved in buying, fixing and selling houses as an investor. Soon following, I formed and founded a real estate investment company, a full service real estate brokerage office, and because of my mortgage lending roots, a mortgage company.
I have participated in many different types of real estate transactions such as: estate sales, foreclosures, multi-family properties, commercial properties developments, pre-construction sales, contract assignments, short sales, REO’s, bank owned properties, and land purchases.
In 1997 I began teaching students my real estate strategies and techniques. I have taught classes all over the United States and Canada and many different market conditions. I have successfully mentored well over 350 students and give every student the knowledge, tools, and support they need to become a savvy real estate investor.
Mentorlynx.com has been a dream of mine for many years. I am excited to finally bring you a place where you can find the latest news and up to date information about the real estate investing world.
